- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix the baking soda with the flour. Alternately add the remaining ingredients to the cup, sifting the flour. Mix well with a whisk to a creamy mass. Place the dough on a baking tray that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Dust with icing sugar after baking.
