Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup almond (s), ground or nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 cups cream

- Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, 1.5 sachets of vanilla sugar, eggs and buttermilk in a bowl and mix well together.
- Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the mixed coconut flakes, ground almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Immediately after baking, pour 2 cups of cream over the hot cake.
