Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, 1.5 sachets of vanilla sugar, eggs and buttermilk in a bowl and mix well together.
Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the mixed coconut flakes, ground almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Immediately after baking, pour 2 cups of cream over the hot cake.
