Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin.
  2. Whip the whipped cream firmly, mix with the buttermilk and egg liqueur, add sugar to taste.
  3. Squeeze out the gelatine, heat it while stirring (do not boil!) And dissolve it, stir into the buttermilk cream, divide the cream into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about 3 1/2 hours, then place the grits on the cream and serve.
