Instructions

  1. Bring the cream with sugar and vanilla pod (pulp removed) to a boil. Let it boil once. Remove the vanilla pod. Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet and stir into the liquid. Then let it cool down.
  2. Add the buttermilk and stir.
  3. Fill into dessert bowls and place in the fridge overnight. Serve with fresh berries.
