Instructions

  1. Mix the buttermilk and sugar together. Rub the lemon peel, squeeze out the juice, add both to the buttermilk. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out gently, heat it up with the water and stir it into the buttermilk. Put in cold rinsed molds and let set.
