Put the milk in a container. Then add the acid and stir everything well. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the milk coagulates and becomes slightly thick.
This quick variant is a substitute for buttermilk because it doesn`t get as firm. The product is well suited for use as a recipe ingredient, for example for buttermilk and lemon ice cream.
The buttermilk is intended for immediate use. Leftovers should be kept in the refrigerator and used as soon as possible.
