Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, core and peel the pumpkin. Roughly grate the potatoes, pumpkin and onions with a grater. Stir in eggs and flour and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. In a pan, fry the mixture in small portions in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
