  1. Peel the tails, rinse well, salt, add spices.
  2. Marinate them in mayonnaise and freshly squeezed lemon juice for 1 hour.
  3. Fry, stirring, in a large amount of fat in a hot frying pan, until golden brown.
  4. While the butts are fried, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Quickly throw the finished butts into a colander, drain off the fat, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover with a bowl and stand for 5 minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt.
