“Butts” to Beer

We love chicken in our house, but there is always a war for the tail! And you? To prevent hostilities at the table, I prepare this original dish. My boys describe it as an “awesome thing.” Try it, I’ll tell you how to cook chicken butts! You’ll like it. They go well with beer, they call this dish – “beer ass”!

Ingredients

  • Chicken tails – 0.5 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Cheese – 150-200 g

Directions

  1. Peel the tails, rinse well, salt, add spices.
  2. Marinate them in mayonnaise and freshly squeezed lemon juice for 1 hour.
  3. Fry, stirring, in a large amount of fat in a hot frying pan, until golden brown.
  4. While the butts are fried, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Quickly throw the finished butts into a colander, drain off the fat, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover with a bowl and stand for 5 minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt.
  7. A wonderful beer snack is ready!
