Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Dice paprika, onion and cabanossi. Fry the cabanossi and the onion in a pan with hot oil. Add the peppers and sauté with them. Then simply add the can of kidney beans and let it stew. Finally, pour the can of chunky tomatoes over it and heat.
Spread the rice on the plates and pour the Cabanossi bean pan over it.
