Cook the noodles as usual in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat until crumbly and season very lightly with salt and pepper. As soon as the mince has turned a nice brown color, add the sauerkraut and brown over a medium flame for about 5 minutes. Now add the sour cream, approx. 10-15 cm tomato paste and possibly a little spices such as cumin and / or oregano and the ajvar. To make the consistency a little creamier, fill the empty sour cream cup halfway with water and stir in half a teaspoon of granular broth, add this mixture to the mince and sauerkraut mixture. Now mix in the noodles, heat them up briefly and serve hot.
The amount is enough for 3 people or 2 very hungry people.
