Instructions

  1. Clean, peel, cut or dice all vegetables and wash. Add the bay leaves, caraway seeds and the remaining spices to the broth. Cook for about 20 minutes, stir in the cream, season with salt. Stir in chopped parsley.
  2. If you don`t want to enjoy the soup so meatless: Fry some slices of bacon in butter until crispy and serve the soup with it.
