Cabbage Stewed with Sausages, Potatoes and Mushrooms Instructions

  1. Prepare all the food you need.

  2. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings or quarter rings. Cut the carrots into small strips or grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into small, random slices.

  9. Salt everything, pepper and add a little more boiling water so that the vegetables are stewed, not fried.
  10. Simmer vegetables over low heat, covered, until cabbage and potatoes are cooked through.

  11. Peel the sausages and cut into slices.
  12. Add sausages to cabbage with potatoes and mushrooms.
  13. Put out still 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
