Instructions

  1. Steam the bacon, cabbage and parsley in a large frying pan until al dente and allow to cool. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Mix the remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
  2. Spread the dough out in a size 28 baking tray and prick the base several times with a fork. Put the cooled cabbage on the dough and distribute it evenly. Scatter the cheese on top and pour the seasoned egg-milk-cream sauce over it. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes.
  3. A green leaf salad tastes great with it. If you prefer it without bacon, just leave it out, it still tastes delicious.
