Melt the nougat in the microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through, or in a double boiler over simmering water for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide the melted nougat evenly between 2 glasses.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup to each glass.
Pour 100 ml hot milk into each glass and stir well to combine.
Pour 100 ml hot coffee into each glass.
Top each drink with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and brittle.
