Ingredients
- 50 g nouat
- 2 teaspoon syrup (vanilla)
- 200 ml milk, hot
- 200 ml coffee, hotter, stronger
- 100 g cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Brittle

- Melt the nougat in a double boiler or in the microwave and divide between 2 glasses. Also pour the syrup into the glass and mix evenly with the hot milk. Finally add the coffee and decorate with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and brittle.
- Tip:
- You can also use cream liqueur instead of the vanilla syrup.
