Instructions

  1. Heat the condensed milk in a saucepan and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar one after the other until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Stir the freshly brewed coffee and sherry into the cocoa milk and bring it back to just before the boiling point.
  2. Pour into 4 cups and decorate with the chocolate shavings al Gusto.
