Instructions

1. Add 1 piece of sugar to a cup and pour the hot coffee over it, stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Whisk the egg yolk in a separate small bowl until smooth.
3. Pour the hot milk into the sweetened coffee.
4. Slowly stir the whisked egg yolk into the hot mixture until well combined.
5. Add 1 shot of rum or cognac and stir to combine.
