Bring the milk to the boil and remove from the stove. Pour milk into a milk frother and produce milk foam.
Pour the milk into 4 large cups so that half of the cups are filled with foam.
Brew coffee and fill the cups with it.
Put 1 large shot of caramel and chocolate syrup and a small dash of peppermint syrup in each coffee mug. Add a little brown cane sugar if you like and stir carefully.
Put two to three drops of mint syrup and a mint leaf on the cups for decoration.
