Ingredients

  • 3 cup milk
  • 3 cup / s coffee, cooked
  • 4 dash chocolate syrup, (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, dark chocolate)
  • 4 shots caramel syrup, (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, caramel)
  • some peppermint syrup, (coffee syrup, e.g. from Monin, peppermint)
  • cane sugar, brown
  • some stalks mint, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil and remove from the stove. Pour milk into a milk frother and produce milk foam.
  2. Pour the milk into 4 large cups so that half of the cups are filled with foam.
  3. Brew coffee and fill the cups with it.
  4. Put 1 large shot of caramel and chocolate syrup and a small dash of peppermint syrup in each coffee mug. Add a little brown cane sugar if you like and stir carefully.
  5. Put two to three drops of mint syrup and a mint leaf on the cups for decoration.
