Ingredients
- 1 orange (s), organic
- 1 pinch (s) cardamom
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon cane sugar
- 2 espresso made from capsules or freshly ground powder
- 400 ml milk

- Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and rub the peel. Halve the orange and squeeze out.
- Bring the orange juice to the boil with the cardamom, cinnamon, half the amount of orange peel and sugar. Let the mixture simmer like a syrup for about 15 minutes. Then pour the syrup through a sieve and let it cool.
- Prepare the 2 espressos. Pour in half of the orange syrup. Froth the milk and divide it into two glasses. Pour in an espresso and sprinkle with the rest of the orange peel.
