Ingredients
- 440 ml milk, hot
- 160 ml espresso
- 8 cl almond syrup
- 8 cl amaretto
- 6 biscuit (s), (Amarettinis)

- Mix the cold milk and almond syrup, froth and divide into 4 glasses. Carefully pour the espresso and amaretto into the milk one after the other along the edge of the glass. This creates three layers. Crumble the amarettinis finely and sprinkle the drink with them.
