Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 ml espresso or strong coffee (or black tea)
- some whipped cream
- small gingerbread cookies for decoration

- In the first step, the milk, the gingerbread spice, the vanilla sugar and the honey are heated while stirring. If you like, you can also froth the warm milk. With us, the slightly higher calorie variant - delicious whipped cream - comes as a topping on top. Of course, that`s a matter of taste.
- Then pour the espresso or strong coffee into a tall glass and pour the milk on top.
- You can decorate with crumbled gingerbread and a small gingerbread that you stick on the edge of the cup.
