• 1 orange (s), organic
• 1 pinch (s) cardamom
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
• 3 tablespoon cane sugar
• 2 espresso made from capsules or freshly ground powder
• 400 ml milk

Instructions

1. Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and rub the peel. Halve the orange and squeeze out.
2. Bring the orange juice to the boil with the cardamom, cinnamon, half the amount of orange peel and sugar. Let the mixture simmer like a syrup for about 15 minutes. Then pour the syrup through a sieve and let it cool.
3. Prepare the 2 espressos. Pour in half of the orange syrup. Froth the milk and divide it into two glasses. Pour in an espresso and sprinkle with the rest of the orange peel.
