Ingredients

  • 9 ladyfingers
  • 8 tablespoon coffee, stronger, freshly brewed
  • 8 tablespoon applesauce, without sugar
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoon mineral water
  • 4 drops vanilla flavor
  • some sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, without sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the ladyfingers in a flat dish, drizzle with coffee and spread applesauce on top.
  2. Mix the quark with the mineral water and vanilla flavor, season with sweetener. Pour the cream into the mold as the top layer and smooth it out.
  3. Let soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour, dust with cocoa powder.
