Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s), ripe (!!)
  • 1 banana (s), ripe
  • 1 cup yogurt, (50 g)
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), juice from it
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado into pieces and puree, cut the banana into slices, add to the avocado mixture and puree as well.
  2. Stir in yogurt, lime juice and sugar and mix well. Fill into bowls and decorate with half a lime wedge.
  3. It is best to serve immediately because the dessert will slowly turn brown. It still tastes just as good, but doesn`t look that nice green anymore.
