Ingredients

  • 1 liter schnapps (alcohol, 95%)
  • 9 lemon (s), unsprayed and not waxed
  • 2 liters long-life milk, 3.5% fat
  • 1.8 kg sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel off the peel from 8 lemons without the white inner skin. Do not peel 1 lemon and prick all around with a fork. Put the lemon peel and whole lemon with the alcohol in a sealed glass and let stand for a week at room temperature. Shake once a day.
  2. After a week, sieve the peel off.
  3. Mix the milk and sugar and heat a little until the sugar has dissolved and melted. Let it cool down again. Then mix with alcohol and vanilla sugar. Fill in bottles.
  4. Can be kept for a long time. Drink chilled.
