Ingredients
- 5 lemon (s), untreated
- 300 ml water
- 4 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 100 g suar
- 500 ml double grain

- Peel the lemons with a peeler, peeling off as little of the whites as possible.
- Bring the bowls with the water, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemons. Remove the saucepan from the heat, mix in the lemon juice and strain through a sieve. Add the schnapps.
- Put a couple of lemon peel in a nice bottle and pour the limoncello on top.
