Ingredients
- 250 g cream
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 6 cl liqueur (limoncello)
- 1 lemon (s), zest
- 2 egg whites
- 80 g suar

- Whip the cream and sprinkle with creme fraiche, limoncello and lemon zest
- stir.
- Beat 2 egg whites with sugar until very stiff.
- Fold in the egg white mixture into the cream mixture.
- Pour into a bowl or parfait dish and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- If you want, you can leave the parfait outside for about 20 minutes before serving so that it melts slightly and becomes a little creamier.
