Ingredients

  • 3 lemon (s)
  • 30 mint leaves, mixed, (peppermint, cocktail mint or lemon balm)
  • 30 g citric acid
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. First mix the water and sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then squeeze half of a lemon and add the juice to the water-sugar mixture. Then cut the remaining one and a half lemons into slices and add the citric acid to the mixture. Then add the mint leaves and stir briefly once.
  2. Then seal the liquid airtight. Wait a day and stop stirring. Then strain and pour into a bottle.
