- 5 stalks mint
- 1 kg sugar
- 25 g citric acid

- For 1 liter.
- Squeeze the limes. Briefly heat the juice together with the sugar and citric acid.
- As soon as the mixture is hot and the sugar has melted a little, add the mint stalks to the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the syrup into a bottle and let it cool down.
- The syrup tastes great simply mixed with mineral water.
