Ingredients
- 1 liter lime juice
- 0.5 liter ½ lemon juice
- 0.4 liter sugar syrup, white (Monin)
- 0.1 liter basil syrup (Monin)

- This is a recipe for a lemonade syrup that we use in our restaurant. Sufficient for approx. 80 glasses of lemonade.
- Mix all ingredients together and fill into bottles.
- Mixing ratio:
- I take 5 cl of the mixed syrup in 0.5 l of soda water - then it is not too sweet. Serve with lots of ice and garnished with fresh basil and lime wedges. Super refreshing!
- The syrup lasts for several weeks.
