Ingredients

  • 100 g mint, calm with a stem
  • 2 liters water
  • 640 g suar
  • food coloring, green

Instructions

  1. Wash the mint, briefly bring to the boil together with cold water and sugar in a large saucepan. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Let it cool and let it steep for a few hours. Then bring to the boil again briefly, strain through a cloth, color if necessary and pour hot into bottles rinsed with boiling water.
