Cut the passion fruit into sixths and add to a caipirinha glass. Add the juice of half a lime and 15 g of brown cane sugar. Press gently to muddle and release the juice and seeds - consume the seeds as part of the drink.
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in 6 cl of cachaça and 10 ml of passion fruit syrup. Stir well and serve with a thick drinking straw.
