Mix the sugar cane schnapps with lime syrup in a shallow bowl and briefly turn half of the ladyfingers in it and divide between 5 glasses.
Whip the cream, vanilla sugar and whipped cream until stiff. Squeeze the lime.
Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream, lime juice, sugar cane schnapps and brown sugar. Then fold in the whipped cream.
Layer half of the caipi cream on the soaked ladyfingers in the glasses. Then soak the rest of the ladyfingers, place them on the cream and distribute the rest of the cream on the glasses. Finally, decorate with brown sugar, coconut chips and lime wedges and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
