- Put all the listed spices in a mortar or bowl with the salt, mix thoroughly and grind, then place in a spice shaker.
- Parry the chicken breasts and cut into pieces. These should be about 5-7 cm long and a little thicker than a strong thumb.
- Rub the chicken pieces thoroughly with the Cajun spice on all sides and knock off a little if necessary.
- Roll each piece in a slice of bacon. Slightly angled so that the bacon lies everywhere.
- Now cut the wooden skewers in half, otherwise they will break through the weight and skewer the pieces so that the bacon holds well.
