Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast or fillet
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot
- 2 teaspoons white pepper, ground
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
- 2 teaspoons thyme, dried
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli, dried
- 3 packs bacon, approx. 0 strips

- Put all the listed spices in a mortar or bowl with the salt, mix thoroughly and grind, then place in a spice shaker.
- Parry the chicken breasts and cut into pieces. These should be about 5-7 cm long and a little thicker than a strong thumb.
- Rub the chicken pieces thoroughly with the Cajun spice on all sides and knock off a little if necessary.
- Roll each piece in a slice of bacon. Slightly angled so that the bacon lies everywhere.
- Now cut the wooden skewers in half, otherwise they will break through the weight and skewer the pieces so that the bacon holds well.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in a pan until the bacon is nice and crispy.
