Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder, alternatively 1 fresh, finely chopped chili pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon almond (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • 3 pinches cumin
  • 2 pinches allspice, ground
  • 3 pinches coriander, ground
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil (e.g. sesame oil)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic if necessary

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together. If necessary, you can also press a clove of garlic into the marinade.
  2. Meat of your choice should be marinated in it for 6-12 hours if possible and then grilled or fried at not too high a heat.
