Cajun Pasta with Chicken Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 600 Grams
  • Champignons – 240 Grams
  • Fat cream – 180 Milliliters
  • Milk – 180 Milliliters
  • Fettuccine – 350 Grams
  • Dry white wine – 80 Milliliters
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Cajun Spice Blend – 1.5 Tbsp spoons (In equal proportions: cayenne pepper, dry oregano, paprika, dried thyme, garlic and onion powder and black pepper.)
  • Olive oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Parsley – To taste

Cajun Pasta with Chicken Instructions

  1. First, cut the chicken and tomatoes into cubes. Chop the peppers and onions into strips, and the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Then dip the chicken in the spice mixture.
  3. Then fry the chicken in oil on both sides for 4 minutes. Do this in a large skillet. Remove the breast from heat.
  4. Then add the onions, peppers and mushrooms. At the same time, boil fettuccine in boiling water according to the instructions on the package.

  5. When mushrooms become soft, add garlic and pour in wine. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Then pour in the cream. Stir the ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  7. Now add fettuccine and chicken to the vegetable sauce.
  8. Add salt, stir. Serve with parsley.
