Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g noodles (pasta, e.. macaroni)
  • 1 onion (s), small, chopped
  • 1 carrot (s), small, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon (breakfast bacon), chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 250 g tomato (s), passed
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 90 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
  • oil
  • Butter, for greasing the form
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente and drain well.
  2. Fry the finely diced fillets in the oil over high heat until they have taken on color but are not yet done. Take out and drain well on paper towels.
  3. Fry the chopped onions, carrots and bacon slices over medium heat for 10 minutes and then add the zucchini and the tomatoes. Bring the whole thing to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Now pasta, meat, tomato sauce and sour cream are mixed together, seasoned with salt and pepper and poured into a flat, greased dish. At the end, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown!
