Chicken Fillet Pasta

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Pasta – 350 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 20 Milliliters (For pasta and frying vegetables)
  • Butter – 25 grams (For frying chicken fillet)

Directions

  1. Bring the water in a saucepan to a boil, put salt and pasta and stir immediately so that they do not stick together, if we use non-solid pasta varieties, it is better to add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of vegetable oil, cook depending on the cooking time indicated on the package, usually 7-10 minutes.
  2. Strain the finished pasta.
  3. While the pasta is being prepared, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in butter for 10-15 minutes, at the end of frying, salt and add spices.
  4. Cut onions, carrots and tomatoes into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil in another pan for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta and frying to the chicken fillet, mix and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Before serving, the dish can be sprinkled with grated cheese and garnished with herbs. Eat! It’s delicious and satisfying!
