Chicken Fillet Cutlets

If you want to cook lunch very quickly and deliciously, then the chicken fillet cutlet recipe is what you need. Minimum time spent, and the result will delight almost anyone. Cooking!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Onions – 1-2 Pieces (leek or onion)
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion or chop it with a blender.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  3. Put the chopped chicken fillet and onion into a bowl and beat in the eggs. Salt and pepper. You can also add any spices you like, such as chicken seasoning. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. From the resulting mass we form cutlets. If you wish, you can bread them in breadcrumbs, flour or semolina. But it is quite possible to do without breading – it will still turn out delicious!
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the cutlets in hot oil and fry on both sides. Fry for several minutes on one side over high heat, then turn the patties and fry on the other side under the lid, reducing the heat. So the cutlets will be fried properly.
  6. That’s all, chicken fillet cutlets are ready! You can set the table and serve the dish.
