Minced Chicken Breast Cutlets

Chicken meat (especially brisket) is healthy and low-calorie, so cutlets made from minced chicken breast can be considered a healthy dish. Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts – 1 Kilogram
  • Onions – 3 Pieces
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Milk – 300 Grams
  • White bread – 200 grams
  • Starch – 50 Grams
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Breadcrumbs – To taste
  • Greens – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Thoroughly rinse the chicken breasts and cut into pieces.
  2. Remove the crust from white bread, then chop it up and put it in a bowl of milk. Knead with a fork and leave for 10 minutes to soak the bread.
  3. We pass the chicken fillet with soaked bread through a meat grinder.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Chop the greens in a blender or finely chop them too.
  6. Add onion, herbs and starch to the minced chicken with bread. We drive in eggs. Salt and pepper. You can also add any spices of your choice. Mix all components thoroughly until smooth. You can beat the minced meat with your palm for 5 minutes – the cutlets will turn out to be softer.
  7. Form cakes from the resulting mass, put a small piece of butter on them (for juiciness), then sculpt cutlets.
  8. Formed cutlets are breaded in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Next, reduce the heat, add some water to the pan, cover with a lid and leave the cutlets to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  9. The cutlets are ready!
