Burger with Minced Lamb Cutlets

Classic burgers, but with minced lamb cutlets.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 4


  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Lamb (minced meat) – 450 g
  • Fresh bread crumbs – 1 and 2/3 cup
  • Onions (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Fresh herbs (mint, rosemary, thyme) (chopped) – 3 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Apple juice – 1/2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lettuce salad


  1. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add bread crumbs, onions, herbs, egg, and apple juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Form four cutlets from minced meat.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Put the cutlets in a preheated pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Place a couple of lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and one cutlet on each of the four base rolls. Cover with the remaining bun halves.
  5. Serve burgers right away.
