Burger with Turkey Cutlet

For such burgers, minced turkey cutlets are prepared, and an appetizer is served, traditionally, with salad leaves and pickles.

Servings: 4


  • Minced turkey – 450 g
  • Small red onion (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Garlic (minced) – 1 clove
  • Fresh rosemary (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste


For serving:

  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pickled cucumbers (cut into slices) – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup


  1. Switch on the oven with grill function to preheat to medium-high temperature.
  2. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add the onions, garlic, and rosemary, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  3. Divide the minced meat into 4 portions and form 4 round patties from them.
  4. Grease the cutlets with oil on all sides. Place the patties on a baking sheet and place under the grill, cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Cut the buns into halves and put lettuce leaves, a cutlet on them, cucumbers, and mayonnaise on top of each pair of halves. Serve immediately.
