Best Turkey Burger

The national American dish has been criticized in vain. It will be tasty and healthy. In the case when you make this burger yourself, when there is a turkey cutlet in the bun, and when this wonderful sandwich is eaten in good company, with great pleasure and great mood.

Ingredients

  • Low-fat turkey mince – 700 g
  • Gruyère cheese, grated – 0.5 cups
  • Green onions, chopped – 4 pcs.
  • Ground crackers – 0.25 cups
  • Dijon mustard – 0.25 cups
  • Chopped garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for lubrication)
  • Hamburger bun – 4 pcs.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill well. Stir the minced meat (by the way, the fatter the minced meat, the juicier the cutlet, but this is according to your wishes) with the cheese, onions, breadcrumbs, mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form four round patties, 2.5 cm thick.
  2. Lightly oil the grill. Place patties on the hottest part of the grill. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Move the patties to the side and cook until tender, another 5-10 minutes on each side.
  3. Cut up the buns (grill them if desired). Place a cutlet on each. Add any ingredients to the burger: lettuce, cheese slices, tomato circles, red or white onions (raw or grilled), pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise.
