Burger with Turkey Cutlet and Cranberry Sauce

For these burgers, you need to make turkey cutlets and cranberry sauce.

Servings: 4


  • Minced turkey – 450 g
  • Egg white -1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Lettuce leaves (lettuce) – 4 pcs.
  • Whole wheat burger buns – 4 pcs.


For cranberry chutney:

  • Cranberries – 1/3 cup
  • Chopped peaches – 1/3 cup
  • Green onions (chopped) – 1 tbsp


  1. Mash the cranberries in a bowl with a fork. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine the minced meat, egg white, salt, and pepper. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts, form round cutlets 1 cm thick from them.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, brush with vegetable oil.
  4. Put cutlets in a preheated pan, fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Cut the burger buns in half. Put 1 lettuce, 1 cutlet on the base half of each bun. Put 2 tablespoon on the cutlet. tablespoons of cranberry sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
