Burger with Grilled Cutlet

These burgers are prepared from grilled cutlets, cheese, mustard, and avocado.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Minced turkey – 500 g
  • Small avocado (cut into slices) – 1 pc.
  • Large champignon (chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Shallots (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Parsley (chopped) – 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Manchego or other hard cheese – 4 slices
  • Burger bun – 4 pcs.
  • Dijon mustard – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for grilling grill

Directions

  1. In a food processor, chop the chopped champignon, shallots, and parsley. Mix this mixture with minced meat, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form 4 round cutlets with a thickness of 2.5 cm from this mass. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil.
  3. Place the chilled patties on the oiled grill rack, grill for about 4 minutes, then turn 15 degrees and grill for another 4 minutes. Turn the cutlets over and fry for 6-7 minutes. In the last 3 minutes of frying, put a slice of cheese on the cutlets so that it melts until the end of frying.
  4. Cut the burger buns in half. Pour a little mustard on the base plov, put 1 cutlet on top, avocado on them, and cover with halved tops.
