Grilled Burgers

In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make a hit at any American grill party. Of course, it’s a burger! The burger recipe I’ve demonstrated is one of the simplest. That being said, the burger you get will be a cut above what you can buy at most fast foods!

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Burger buns – 6 pcs.
  • Beef (neck) – 1 kg
  • Salad onion – 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.
  • Burger cheese – 12 slices
  • Ketchup – 100 ml
  • Mayonnaise – 100 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaves – 6 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. I think everyone knows that the heart of any burger is the cutlet! Therefore, we will start with it. Take the beef neck and cut it into pieces. You can vary their size yourself. The main thing is that they must fit into a meat grinder.
  2. We turn the meat into minced meat using a meat grinder and transfer it to a deep container.
  3. Following the meat, we send the onion to the meat grinder. We shift the onion into the minced meat. Add black ground pepper. We mix.
  4. Form cutlets from minced meat. We send the cutlets to the freezer while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  6. Cut the onion into rings.
  7. Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices. It is pickled, and not salted because they have an inherent sourness.
  8. Cut the burger buns into 2 pieces.
  9. It’s time to start with the sauce. Mix in a 1: 1 ratio of ketchup and mayonnaise. Add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for the spice. We mix.
  10. Let’s move on to the grill. Prepare the grill for direct medium heat. Install the grate, close the lid, and let it warm up for 10 minutes. Then we put the cutlets on the grill.
  11. Leave the cutlets on the grill for 3 minutes, then turn them over.
  12. After another 3 minutes, turn the patties a second time and put 2 slices of cheese for burgers on each. Place the lid on the grill and let the cheese melt for 1 minute. Remove the cutlets from the grill.
  13. Now we need to fry the buns from the side of the cut. This is done so that a crust forms on the buns and the sauce is not so actively absorbed into them and does not soften them. The buns will be fried for half a minute.
  14. All preparations are complete, now we can collect burgers. Apply 1 tablespoon on the halves of the buns. spoon of sauce and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Put a cutlet with cheese, 2 tomato slices, 2 pickled cucumbers, onion rings, and lettuce on the bottom half of the bun. Cover the burger with the other half of the bun on top and press down a little.
